Greetings from my Pink Kitchen! It won't be long and the branches outside my window will be loaded with lilacs! I can hardly wait - my favorite time of year and one of my two favorite flowers scenting the air with their wonderful fragrance!
I thought I would try something new for the month of March - Menu Plan Monday! My friend, Karla, used to do this and it was always inspirational and interesting. I remembered recipes I hadn't tried in a while and some of the different entrees listed provoked special memories of people or events. So for the first week of March here's what the Truesdale Family will be enjoying for supper this week:
Monday: Rotisserie Chicken
Chicken Flavored Rice
French Style Green Beans
Chocolate Pudding
Tuesday: Baked Ziti with Sliced and Fried Polish Sausage
Peas
Wednesday: Chicken Noodle Casserole
Corn
Fresh Baked Sconces
with Mock Devonshire Cream and Homemade Strawberry Freezer Jam
Thursday: Pierogies with fresh bacon bits and sour cream
Friday:Fish Sticks
Cheesy Fries
Peas
Saturday: Pan Fried Pork Chops
Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream or Butter
Green Beans

Wow! another NEW comment!
I wonder who helped you put a picture on?
Hmmm... D.J. must have helped you put the picture on! Very nice... and such a pretty pink kitchen!
I haven't given up doing MPM, just haven't taken the time the last few weeks. I'll get back to it soon!
Hi Denise,
I'm trying to catch up with everybody and realized I hadn't been here in a while. I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's illness. I will be praying for him. Our God is Able!
You have a cute pink kitchen and I'm envious of your lilacs. It's my favorite and I can't wait to smell them again this spring. I planted a little bush last year but we had such a drought I don't think it's going to make it. I'll have to sniff the ones in my neighbor's yard! :o)
Hugs,
Hope
Hi Denise!
Thank you sweetly for your nice comment today :)
Your blog is so inspiring, I loved it!

We're thinking of you. Glad that angels like Kristal are around and that God is your comfort.
I love your pink kitchen. My own kitchen is pink but not nearly as pretty as yours.
Denise, this picture is SO pretty. I just love it. Post another one when the lilacs start to bloom! Have a wonderful day. xo Rachel
